About

me

My name is Sandra and I’m an ex-computer programmer.

I only mention that because it had been a defining part of my life for close to fifteen years. My current fascination for pinhole imagery is likely in part a reaction to it.

Currently I teach animation part-time at Concordia University in Montreal – all the basics whether computer assisted or not.

I have an expanding list of unusual techniques and subjects on my to-do list. On these pages I want to share my current exploration into a pinhole animation project, and any technical information that could be useful or interesting to anyone else who’d like to try it. There are many sites dedicated to pinhole still photography. I don’t intend to duplicate their content, but eventually to add to that information useful bits pertaining to animation. This will also be a document of the creative/technical/psychological/logistic trials of getting out an independant project.
